What should instructors do if they do not see a course in their course list in D2L that they are teaching?
Instructors who do not see a current course in their course list should verify the following:
1. They are designated as the instructor of record in WINGS (and have been so for 48 hours)
2. Make sure that their D2L username is the same as their NetID (sometimes a problem of returning instructors or those who have changed from student to instructor status).
If the issue is #2, please create a helpdesk ticket: Passwords, Accounts & Access > Request Access > D2L
